We provide  Adult Supported Living, Group Home and Day Habilitation Services 

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies to support individuals with Developmental Disabilities live seamlessly in our community.

Crossroads has been providing direct support services to the Fairbanks community since 1996.  Even today, years later, we hear, we never knew you were here.  We take that as a compliment!  It means we have been supporting adults live their lives in our community while are behind the scene, right where we belong.

Services at Crossroads are about a person requesting support to live their life as a fully integrated member of the community.  

​

Our services are offered in  accordance with Home and Community Based Waiver Services and the Department of Senior and Disability Services.
